All stores, be it for Special Orders or not, are non refundable except if generally expressed. In extraordinary cases (pending management endorsement), we will consent to charge a 25% wiping out expense if a section has been requested, prepared, and afterward dropped by the client. If you need to return an item purchased from us you may return complete, undamaged part/item(s) in its original condition (whether new or manufacturer-certified reconditioned) to our store within 30 days of purchase, with your original receipt. Some items will be non-refundable, which may include special orders and customized parts. Some clearance and 'as is' stock might be non-refundable. To be accepted for return, the parts/items must be complete, unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged manufacturer’s box as purchased, complete with all original packaging, instructions, etc. Items that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

Don’t paint, alter or modify the parts in any way, or don’t install it or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part.

Please make sure that you have the correct part for your exact vehicle before purchasing. Parts can be damaged during installation, especially if improper tools are used or if the part is not exactly the correct part of the vehicle. We cannot accept for return any parts that have been damaged or are not in new condition (or in the same condition as at the time of purchase for refurbished parts). We do not accept partial returns of parts/kits if parts were originally sold together as a kit/unit. When supporting hardware is included with the originally purchased part, that exact hardware must also be returned with the part return additionally, units must contain all parts initially incorporated into packs to be acknowledged for returns.

Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, We accepts returns for full credit on the price paid for the part within 30 days of purchase.

Bring the item to be returned to any Our store, with your receipt showing order number, part number and provide the reason for the return.

The purchase price paid for the part itself will be refunded if it's not too much trouble take note of that we are not in charge of establishment work or some other costs other than the expense of the part itself. It would be ideal if you ensure that you have the correct part before you begin the repair/substitution. Refunds are credited in the way you pay us.

We reserves the right to limit exchanges and returns at any time, for any reason.

Warranty Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Make sure that you receive several RMA number if you are going to return different products. It is imperative to return the items to an appropriate return location with appropriate RMA number. If the products are returned to any incorrect location then its credit will not be issued or gets delayed.

We don't accept any opened electrical and electrical parts for any reason. Electrical parts mostly get damaged due to improper installation or testing. This is the reason we do not take any return of an unsealed product.

How do I Ship Back My Return?
  • All the parts you need to return will be included in your email that contains RMA
  • We advise customers to return their item with some shipping carrier which provides insurance and tracking number in case of damage or loss.
  • All the returns can be tracked from the time you ship your return
  • Make sure that you write right RMA number on the shipping box outside
